Κρέμα βρώμης με μπανάνα


Η κρέμα αυτή είναι ότι πιο γρήγορο μπορώ από κρέμα να φτιάξω και ο μικρός μου σκουπίζει στην κυριολεξία το πιάτο του.

Υλικά
½ ώριμη μπανάνα
3 κ.σ. βρώμη

Εκτέλεση

Βάζουμε τη βρώμη στο μπολάκι του παιδιού ( κατά προτίμηση βαθύ) και προσθέτουμε νερό βρασμένο όσο χρειάζεται μέχρι να καλύψει τη βρώμη και λίγο παραπάνω. Αφήνουμε λίγα λεπτά μέχρι να απορροφηθεί το νερό και να μαλακώσει η βρώμη. Υπάρχουν δυο τρόποι να φτιάξουμε την κρέμα μας ανάλογα την υφή που θέλουμε να πετύχουμε. Πρώτον πολτοποιούμε τα υλικά στο μπλέντερ και έτοιμη η κρέμα μας ειδικά εάν το μωρό μας είναι πολύ μικρό. Δεύτερον λιώνουμε τα υλικά με τη βοήθεια ενός πιρουνιού και το αποτέλεσμα είναι μια κρέμα όχι ιδιαίτερα λεπτόρευστη που αρέσει σε μεγαλύτερα μωρά.
